Ok, well, I think this my be my browser, but I dunno. When I use IE, the ranks till have the blue around them, like it doesn't register it as transparent. When I use my other crappy little OLPC laptop it registers transparent. How can this be fixed for my PC?

Hey CANADIEN,
To fix the transparency issue, make sure that you have the latest version of Internet Explorer. Earlier versions can't read .png files properly, especially their transparency attributes.
I'm pretty sure that the latest version of Internet Explorer is version 7.

Oh, ok. I think I'm using IE 6. I'll have to update then, thanks!
