Canada is most well-known for its abundance of the great squirrel. However recent studies have shown a severe decrease in the native squirrel population. When asked locals tried to come up with an explanation for the ongoing crisis. Many seem to have put the blame on a single individual. "Some may find this very hard to believe, but as harsh as it sounds, it is possible that these poor squirrels are being hunted down like dogs and stripped of there fur," said Adam Keogh a local witness to the criminal activity. It isn't 100% clear who is behind all of the squirrel-murder, but people are becoming suspicous of the one known as the 'Squirrel Strangler'.
