New Communications Tools

There has been a new Shoutbox added to the portal. It is much more advanced than the previous one and can act much like a real-time chat. To take advantage of all the features, users must create a username and password for the shoutbox. This will allow others to see when you're online, chat one on one, and see other's profile picture. This can simply be done by submitting text for the first time.

Some of the new features are as follows:

-Font Control (color, italics, bold, underline)
-Improved Smilies (you can now even control the size)
-Interactive Interface (allows you to see who's online, YouTube compatible, sound capabilities)
-Optional Email Notification (if selected, you will receive an email when new messages are sent)

The same general rules of the forums also apply to the shoutbox. Please respect them and no one will get hurt.

A private chat will soon be created exclusively for TDM members, which will replace the current 'ChatBox' that's on the forums homepage.
